Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
- Work experience in managing multiple manufacturing sites
- Previous roles in large global matrixed Fortune 500 organization
- Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry
- Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday, Kronos) and Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Regular travel required between different sites in France and Switzerland
- Expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
- Results-oriented approach and strong influencing skills
- Ability to build authentic relationships
- Solution-oriented mindset and critical thinking
- Flexibility and adaptability to industry changes
- Proven coaching and consulting abilities
