- •Solid labour law knowledge
- •Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- •University degree or higher education in HR Management
- •At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources
- •Enthusiasm to work with people and engage with stakeholders
- •Willingness to travel in Switzerland on a weekly basis
- •Analytical mindset with capability to derive insights from data
- •Strategic thinking coupled with hands-on problem-solving approach
- •Project management experience (as an asset, not a must)
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Drive process improvements and change management
- •Collaborate with HR colleagues in other countries
