Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or Information Technology
  • •Several years of practical project experience in digital transformation in Insurance, Consumer Goods and Retail, Manufacturing, or Life Science
  • •Practical project management experience in HR environments with knowledge of HR strategy and processes
  • •Strong business acumen and experience in sales activities, including proposal development and storytelling
  • •Excellent conceptual skills and rational thinking with technological understanding
  • •Structured reliable work style with eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills in English and either German or French at C1 level

  • •Design and implement HR and HR IT strategies
  • •Develop HR target operating models for digital transformation
  • •Lead and manage complex programs and projects

  • •Engage in impactful consulting work across various environments
  • •Support sales initiatives with proposals and pitch decks
  • •Contribute to account planning and client meetings
