Requirements

• •Master’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or Information Technology
• •At least 3 years of practical project experience in digital transformation
• •Practical project management experience in HR environments
• •Rational thinking and technological understanding
• •Structured reliable work style and eagerness to learn
• •Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German at C1 level
• •Very good MS Office skills

Tasks

• •Shape and deliver HR strategy and transformation initiatives
• •Prepare, design, and implement business and IT strategies
• •Manage HR transformation projects focused on digital HR
• •Oversee programs and projects in national and international settings
• •Conceptualize HR and HR IT strategies for cloud implementations
• •Support organizational, process, IT, and personnel change initiatives
• •Plan and manage training measures for change adoption
• •Link business processes, strategy, and IT for effective transformations
• •Engage in innovative strategy projects that challenge the status quo
• •Co-create people strategies with business and HR leaders
• •Design sustainable organizations and support employee transitions
• •Transform HR into a data-driven, talent-centric function
