Head of HR Switzerland & Global Corporate Functions(m/w/x)
Overseeing HR life cycle for energy transformation tech firm, including recruitment, compensation, and talent management. Several years' operational HR experience in high-tech required. Global matrix environment, hands-on approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR, or HR-Fachfrau / -mann with eidgenössischem Fachausweis
- Master’s degree in HR (advantageous)
- Several years’ experience in similar HR environment in High Tech Industry or similar as Head of HR and/or HR Business Partner with a keen focus on operational HR
- Strong hands-on approach
- Understanding of matrix environments
- Dealing with different stakeholder groups in a multinational enterprise
- Several years of experience with Swiss labor law
- Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
- Self-confident personality
- Trustworthy personality
- Working independently with limited supervision
- Strategic mindset

- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in German
- Strong communication skills
Tasks
- Oversee all operational HR life cycle aspects
- Manage recruitment, compensation, benefits, talent management
- Ensure productivity, recognition, employee engagement
- Maintain occupational health and safety
- Conduct training and development programs
- Ensure timely and accurate HR processes
- Comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Recommend and implement best practices
- Review and modify policies to maintain compliance
- Coach and support managers on HR matters
- Develop and implement businesspeople strategies
- Strengthen motivation, change, and commitment
- Foster company culture and ethical behavior
- Lead and mentor the European HR team
- Promote high performance and continuous improvement
- Participate in the global HR leadership team
- Represent the headquarters in external interactions
- Manage health and safety activities
- Oversee IMS/QEHS and InfoSec for ISO certification
