People & Culture Business Partner(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR, HR Business Partner, or HR coordination role within an international environment
- Sound knowledge of employment regulations and payroll processes
- Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organization
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
Tasks
- Partner with managers on performance reviews
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Advise on talent development strategies
- Assist in organizational planning efforts
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
- Coordinate sourcing and interviews
- Support offer preparation and onboarding
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee data accuracy in Workday
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Assist with audits and policy updates
- Contribute to improving P&C processes and tools
- Collaborate on global P&C projects and initiatives
- Act as the first point of contact for P&C queries
