Requirements
- Master's Degree or equivalent relevant experience in IT
- Experience in computing service architecture, design, delivery
- Solid understanding of IT governance concepts, policies
- Excellent analytics skills, effective work in federated environment
- Capturing and analysis of ICT systems requirements
- Knowledge of ICT security standards and policies best practices
- Knowledge and application of software life-cycle tools, procedures
- Verification and optimisation of ICT architectures, designs
- Producing comprehensive work/project plans with resources, contingencies
- Leveraging support networks across the Organization
- Actively participating in implementation of new processes, technologies
- Keeping up-to-date with developments in own field, absorbing new information
- Spoken and written English, commitment to learn French
Tasks
- Support policy development and compliance in transversal computing activities
- Provide advice and analytical expertise on Data Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Risk Management
- Lead participation in CIO Community Technical Committees, task forces, and cross-department working groups
- Coordinate implementation of the Office of the CIO GRC workplan items
- Review CIO policies with the CERN community
- Contribute to reviews of new digital initiatives for GRC compliance
- Advise the CIO on implications of ongoing computing service activities
