Requirements

  • Master's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Business analysis experience in business computing
  • Knowledge of common business processes/best practices
  • Experience in agile product management environments
  • Coaching business analysts and specialists in agile roles
  • Strategic product initiatives and framing high-level business initiatives (nice to have)
  • User relationship management: understanding user behaviour, journeys, pain-points
  • Capturing and analysis of requirements for ICT systems
  • Technology understanding to translate needs to product requirements
  • Process analysis, definition, and improvement
  • Change management
  • Conceptualising, designing, and developing user experiences and interfaces
  • Business computing knowledge in Finance, HR, Logistics, Supply Chain domains
  • Identification and selection of relevant emerging ICT technologies
  • Focusing on the broader organizational picture
  • Building relationships and appreciating others' contributions
  • Working well in teams and participating fully
  • Demonstrating accountability for own actions and decisions
  • Actively seeking feedback and improving own performance
  • Spoken and written English or French
  • Commitment to learn the other language (English/French)

Tasks

  • Analyse business processes and systems
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimisation
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation
  • Use BPMN and specialised tools
  • Guide cross-functional teams in implementation
  • Lead business analysis for strategic objectives
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Prioritise business requirements
  • Participate in BA/UX chapter activities
  • Coordinate practices and methodologies
  • Support team development and coaching
