Requirements
- Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Safety management and risk assessment experience in complex technical environments
- Solid understanding of safety principles, risk analysis, and control measures
- Ability to analyze complex technical situations and provide practical advice
- Experience in conducting inspections, incident analyses, and follow-up
- Knowledge of electrical or chemical safety (plus)
- Occupational safety and risk management
- Safety conformity assessment
- Incident management

Tasks
- Conduct risk assessments for installations and activities
- Recommend and monitor control measures
- Coordinate safety inspections with experts
- Support teams in preparing safety documentation
- Review and maintain safety procedures
- Provide guidance on safety-related matters
- Promote proactive safety culture
- Engage stakeholders in safety awareness initiatives
- Organize regular safety meetings
- Collaborate with safety officers and technical experts
- Analyze occupational incidents
- Prepare incident reports
- Follow up on corrective actions
