Tasks
- Act as main HR point of contact for graduate and student populations
- Provide expert advice and support throughout contract lifecycle
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver efficient back-office service
- Handle staff-related actions and queries for key HR processes
- Streamline procedures and improve HR processes and practices
- Support data-driven decision-making by contributing to reporting
- Identify trends and issues at local and systemic levels
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Maintain open dialogue to enhance services and processes
- Deliver engaging presentations on HR topics
- Participate in and contribute to HR projects

- Vocational certification
