Requirements

  • Proven experience as a global enterprise seller
  • Ability to drive pipeline generation and manage complex sales cycles
  • Strong sales forecasting skills
  • Success in selling outside pre-established budgets
  • Experience working with diverse personas within an account
  • Dynamic communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and strong drive to achieve goals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Knowledge of the life sciences industry

Tasks

  • Generate 80% of your pipeline by identifying new business opportunities
  • Engage with multiple personas within the prospect/customer base
  • Utilize various strategies and tools to generate leads
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts within +/- 10 of goal
  • Leverage data to inform decision-making for predictable revenue outcomes
  • Communicate the value of the platform through tailored presentations
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients and address key stakeholders
  • Navigate organizational complexities and secure new business agreements
  • Understand unique needs of multiple personas within an account
  • Align Benchling’s solutions with clients' business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Partner with external teams to drive long-term customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Continuously elevate your craft through learning and development
