- •Proven experience as a global enterprise seller
- •Ability to drive pipeline generation and manage complex sales cycles
- •Strong sales forecasting skills
- •Success in selling outside pre-established budgets
- •Experience working with diverse personas within an account
- •Dynamic communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- •Self-motivation and strong drive to achieve goals
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- •Ability to leverage the MEDDICC sales methodology
- •Knowledge of the life sciences industry
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Generate 80% of your pipeline by identifying new business opportunities
- •Engage with multiple personas within the prospect/customer base
- •Utilize various strategies and tools to generate leads
- •Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts within +/- 10 of goal
- •Leverage data to inform decision-making for predictable revenue outcomes
- •Communicate the value of the platform through tailored presentations
- •Lead negotiations with potential clients and address key stakeholders
- •Navigate organizational complexities and secure new business agreements
- •Understand unique needs of multiple personas within an account
- •Align Benchling’s solutions with clients' business objectives
- •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- •Partner with external teams to drive long-term customer satisfaction
- •Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
- •Continuously elevate your craft through learning and development
