Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in B2B Account Management
- •Proven track record in managing large or complex customer accounts
- •Ability to navigate legacy and new product environments
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Strong sense of ownership and strategic mindset
- •Comfortable working cross-functionally
- •Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- •Willingness to travel (approx. 2-3 days per month)

- •Lead renewal cycles and negotiate commercial and contractual terms

- •Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various levels
- •Serve as the internal advocate for clients, ensuring team alignment
- •Monitor adoption and satisfaction across the portfolio
- •Proactively manage risks related to client accounts
- •Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests
- •Provide regular account updates and contribute to planning and forecasting
- •Stay updated on compensation trends and product developments
