Requirements

  • •At least one year of experience in leading high-performing teams
  • •Extensive experience in strategy, procurement, or operations consulting
  • •Comfort with analytical and data-driven work
  • •Experience in building relationships with C-level decision-makers
  • •Experience or strong interest in industrial manufacturing, supply chain management, or procurement
  • •Thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • •Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German

Tasks

  • •Build and lead a high-performing Customer Value team
  • •Hire, onboard, and develop a team of approximately 5 Customer Value Strategists
  • •Set clear standards for analytical rigor and execution quality
  • •Act as a hands-on leader in critical situations
  • •Partner with Product and Tech to embed procurement best practices into the Tacto platform
  • •Leverage AI to enhance team workflows and experiment with new approaches
  • •Own the end-to-end realization of cost savings for customers
  • •Identify opportunities and develop business cases for execution and tracking
  • •Lead initiatives like category strategies and supplier negotiations
  • •Engage with manufacturing companies ranging from €50M to €5Bn in revenue
  • •Lead complex customer engagements and senior stakeholder discussions
