- Exposure to Europe clients preferred

- Strong consulting-led commercial mindset
- Ability to grow account from low base
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience with offshore-enabled delivery models

Tasks
- Define and execute CES penetration strategy
- Build consulting-led entry points with senior stakeholders
- Establish initial consulting, applications, data, and AI engagements
- Convert early engagements into large-scale transformation programs
- Leverage existing infrastructure footprint for higher-value CES services
- Build and lead a high-performing CES account team
- Lead CES growth within a major Financial Services client in Zurich
- Open new buying centers and establish DXC as a trusted partner
- Shape and execute CES account growth strategy with full ownership
- Work closely with senior client executives and global delivery teams
