Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in civil engineering
  • •6+ years’ international infrastructure experience
  • •Experience in design or contractor roles
  • •Industry knowledge and EPC project management
  • •Technical expertise in civil works
  • •Knowledge of logistics and Coldstore (plus)
  • •Independent use of AutoCAD
  • •Solid project management skills
  • •Base knowledge in Contract Management
  • •Strong teamwork and collaborative approach
  • •Good communication and negotiation skills
  • •Organized and detail-oriented
  • •Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • •Availability for frequent travel
  • •Additional French or Spanish (plus)
  • •EU citizenship or Swiss work permit

  • •Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety
  • •Administer contracts through to final handover
  • •Conduct technical due diligence for acquisitions
  • •Evaluate investment opportunities with business development
  • •Estimate refurbishment and expansion capital expenditures
  • •Collaborate with legal and specialist engineering teams
