Requirements

• •French language skills C1
• •8 to 15 years of experience
• •University degree in Construction Economics
• •Very good knowledge of construction methods
• •Knowledge of local cost benchmarks preferred
• •Experience with multiple estimating tools
• •Strong experience with spreadsheets
• •Collaborative approach with clients
• •Good organization skills
• •Strong listening and communication skills
• •Proven cost management experience ideally

Tasks

• •Prepare cost estimates and manage procurement.
• •Conduct feasibility studies and write reports.
• •Estimate costs and present final cost plans.
• •Manage tendering activities and pre-qualification.
• •Analyze tenders and compile contractual documents.
• •Ensure timely and accurate cost checks.
• •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports.
• •Interface with clients and consultants throughout projects.
• •Participate in cost variance and change control processes.
• •Perform cost risk analysis and negotiate final accounts.
• •Maintain feedback on cost estimating and update best practices.
