Tasks
- Manage key indirect procurement categories.
- Provide ongoing end-user system and process support.
- Interact daily with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with S2P operations teams.
- Engage stakeholders during the requirement phase.
- Manage RFP processes.
- Oversee supplier onboarding.
- Review and sign contracts.
- Perform strategic sourcing for assigned indirect categories.
- Educate and influence internal stakeholders.
- Build successful business relationships.
- Develop a pipeline of activities.
- Manage end-to-end tactical and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Execute negotiations, including contracts.
- Drive competitive bidding processes.
- Manage suppliers for selected categories.
- Perform spend and market data analysis.
- Identify synergies.
- Produce recommendations for assigned categories.
- Generate reports for assigned categories.
- Define and negotiate preferred supplier lists.
- Ensure compliance with Procurement Policies and SOPs.
- Retain relevant data for audit purposes.
- Guide stakeholders on compliance and process improvement.
- Advise stakeholders on sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management.
- Lead or contribute to assigned projects.
- Lead or contribute to business improvement activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement of S2P processes.
