- •College degree in marine, electrical, mechanical engineering, or related field
- •Degree in management, business, or related field considered an asset
- •5-7 years’ experience in relevant position
- •Extensive knowledge of asset management principles
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- •Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- •Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- •Broad experience in reporting dimensions
- •More than fair knowledge of MS Office suite applications
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- •Ensure high asset availability and performance consistency
- •Optimize asset lifecycle to support operational goals
- •Demonstrate understanding of HSE practices in asset management
- •Monitor compliance with corporate asset management policies
- •Assess and implement industry best practices and new technologies
- •Conduct asset management audits and create improvement action plans
- •Implement a quality control system for asset management activities
- •Ensure adherence to asset management policies across terminals
- •Analyze reporting dimensions in terminal asset management
- •Monitor and perform quality control of terminal data
- •Prepare management reporting dashboards
- •Establish proactive dialogue with terminals and address concerns
- •Audit asset lifecycle records, including acquisition and maintenance
- •Provide guidance to internal departments on asset management
