Description

In this role, you will lead the development of asset management strategies, ensuring optimal performance and compliance across the terminal portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include auditing asset records, implementing best practices, and fostering collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

• •College degree in marine, electrical, mechanical engineering, or related field
• •Degree in management, business, or related field considered an asset
• •5-7 years’ experience in relevant position
• •Extensive knowledge of asset management principles
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• •Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• •Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• •Broad experience in reporting dimensions
• •More than fair knowledge of MS Office suite applications
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• •Prepare management reporting dashboards
• •Establish proactive dialogue with terminals and address concerns
• •Audit asset lifecycle records, including acquisition and maintenance
• •Provide guidance to internal departments on asset management
