You will lead the development and execution of IT strategies for terminal operations, ensuring cybersecurity, managing budgets, and providing expert support across departments while maintaining strong relationships with partners and suppliers.

Requirements

• •MSc in Information Technology or related field
• •Excellent understanding of computer systems
• •Strong interpersonal skills
• •Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• •Strong knowledge of project management principles
• •Strong communication and negotiation skills

Tasks

• •Develop and execute IT strategy for terminals
• •Plan IT systems and craft system architecture
• •Oversee Cyber Security program and standards
• •Negotiate policies with JV partners for consistency
• •Prepare annual IT budget and strategic investments
• •Ensure reporting to Audit and Risk Committee
• •Supervise overall IT operations at terminals
• •Manage TIL IT Department and staff
• •Design and maintain global IT programs and policies
• •Provide tailored IT advice and contractual reviews
• •Manage TIL IT budget and Capex for terminals
• •Offer expert support to other departments
• •Define IT blueprint for new projects
• •Liaise with terminals for budget preparations
• •Contribute to TIL strategy from IT perspective
• •Follow up on major Terminal IT projects
• •Maintain relationships with departments and suppliers
