Requirements
- •Degree in logistics or supply chain management
- •Design and planning of port infrastructure and terminal capacity
- •Knowledge of available technology and proven solutions
- •7+ years of experience in container terminal operations management
- •Experience with simulation modelling of business processes
- •Understanding of design criteria based on geographical location and trade type
- •Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
- •Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- •Ability to communicate and present effectively
- •Capability to convey expert subjects to non-experts
- •Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; understanding of AutoCAD advantageous
- •Right to work in Switzerland

- •Quantify resources and assess cost-effectiveness of terminal solutions

- •Assess investment opportunities and conduct due diligence investigations
- •Review expansion proposals and operational optimization programs for existing terminals
- •Develop design standards for future-proof solutions that comply with health, safety, and efficiency standards
- •Create and maintain tools and protocols for standardized delivery of terminal solutions
