- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborative mindset and cross-functional work ability
Tasks
- Report D&D results to top management
- Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
- Analyze D&D invoicing trends
- Propose strategies to improve profitability
- Run benchmarking exercises
- Propose improvements in tariff structure
- Simulate results of tariff changes
- Present findings to MSC HQ Liner Department
- Present findings to key stakeholders
- Conduct regular meetings with MSC HQ Liner Department
- Review trade results
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue collection
- Maintain communication with Worldwide Logistics teams
- Address discrepancies
- Propose process improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Optimize and implement procedures
- Maintain contact with IT teams
- Drive system enhancements
- Prioritize developments
- Contribute to design of new functionalities
