Description

You will strengthen vital partnerships and drive communication strategies to support displaced persons. By managing donor relations and coordinating with national partners, you'll ensure the organization’s mission remains visible and well-funded.

Requirements

• •3 years experience with Undergraduate, 2 with Graduate, or 1 with Doctorate
• •Degree in Political/Social Sciences, International Relations, Journalism, Communications or relevant field
• •Experience in humanitarian operations in field environments
• •Excellent knowledge of local institutions, politics and culture
• •Fund-raising and programme management experience
• •Experience of working with social media
• •Drafting and documentation skills
• •Fundraising operations and programmes knowledge
• •Programme management cycles and reporting standards
• •Computer literacy
• •Web content management skills
• •Knowledge and experience in Private Sector Partnerships
• •Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder partnerships
• •Proven experience in partnership governance
• •Experience with legal and contractual partnership frameworks
• •Experience liaising with senior management and Boards
• •Experience in communication materials and data analysis
• •Experience in strategic planning and program design

Tasks

• •Monitor political and humanitarian reform challenges
• •Implement external partner communications strategies
• •Brief donors and embassies on operations
• •Organize bilateral meetings and field missions
• •Disseminate global funding information to headquarters
• •Mobilize funds for protection programmes
• •Draft situation reports and briefing notes
• •Create press releases and articles
• •Prepare donor-compliant narrative and financial reports
• •Monitor funding levels and donor visibility
• •Represent management in inter-agency initiatives
• •Manage internal information and documentation flows
• •Identify key messages for campaigns
• •Propose promotional events and initiatives
• •Manage media relations and interview requests
• •Provide content for social media platforms
• •Coordinate National Partner Liaison activities
• •Maintain communication channels with regional bureaus
• •Organize Partnership Council and CEO meetings
• •Support governance and legal contract updates
• •Prepare groundwork for new Recognition Agreements
