Tasks
- Perform general administrative tasks and mail handling

- Manage office supplies, consumables, keys, and access badges
- Coordinate travel arrangements and visa processes
- Support invitation letter and work permit applications
- Process expenses using relevant tools and payment methods
- Execute SAP-based purchasing and Ariba support
- Manage orders, goods receipts, invoices, and master data
- Maintain digital document archives
- Prepare digital signatures according to compliance standards
