Requirements
- •Commercial degree with further education in HR
- •Minimum of 2 years professional experience in HR Operations or Payroll
- •Sound knowledge of Swiss employment law and work permits
- •Ability to manage multiple demands and work with cross-functional teams
- •Customer-oriented, reliable, and accurate working style with technical and analytical skills
- •Very good experience with all MS Office products, especially Excel
- •Good knowledge in SAP HR and Workday
- •Fluency in German and English; French or Italian considered a plus
