- •Manage time-tracking and absence records
- •Process expenses for the Management Team
- •Coordinate travel for visitors in Wallisellen
- •Support and back up European office administrators
- •Manage visa requests and invitation letters
- •Oversee office supply procurement and stock
- •Handle Zurich office Health and Safety matters
- •Manage the annual administration department budget
- •Welcome and assist clients and visitors
- •Organize annual meetings and team events
- •Drive internal process improvement projects
