Tasks
- Manage fuel and fines administration
- Dispatch fuel cards
- Process and coordinate fines
- Oversee vehicle and fleet management
- Support vehicle reservations and delivery
- Handle damage claims and complaints
- Maintain and update fleet and pricing data
- Administer and dispatch on-board documents
- Process, archive, and digitize documents and mail
- Assist with contract changes and administrative tasks
- Administer access and parking permits
- Receive and forward calls and correspondence
- Organize office supplies and infrastructure
