- •Commercial training or comparable qualification
- •Very good German and English skills; French and/or Italian skills advantageous
- •Experience in the automotive or financial services industry ideally
- •Precise, careful, and independent way of working
- •Sound knowledge of MS Office
- •Citrix/SAP experience advantageous

- •Assist with contract changes and administrative tasks
- •Administer access and parking permits
- •Receive and forward calls and correspondence
- •Organize office supplies and infrastructure
