- Gather data for CIO-level materials
- Organize committees and track decisions
- Maintain calendars for recurring IT processes
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Procurement
- Align IT activities with Risk and Compliance
- Monitor project deadlines and task progress
- Create simple reports for management
- Coordinate small workstreams for IT initiatives
- Organize team events and onboarding activities
- Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
