- Develop tailored solutions addressing customer challenges
- Showcase Genesys’ value to clients
- Develop and execute account and opportunity plans
- Ensure a strategic approach to sales engagements
- Collaborate with Solution Consulting and Marketing teams
- Ensure smooth transitions throughout the sales cycle
- Provide robust support during the sales cycle
- Establish trusted relationships with buyers
- Become a go-to advisor for decision-makers
- Align Genesys solutions with business goals
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities
- Review sales progress with senior leadership
- Foster partnerships with consultants and technology partners
- Increase Genesys’ reach in key accounts
- Enhance execution capacity through strategic partnerships
