  • •2–4 years of experience in SaaS solutions for banking, insurance, or high-compliance industries
  • •University degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
  • •Strong business acumen
  • •Proven expertise in consultative and solution-based selling
  • •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • •Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
