Selling Workday's AI platform solutions for people, money, and agents to Medium Enterprise clients. 5+ years selling SaaS/Cloud ERP/HCM/Financial solutions to C-levels required. Restricted stock units, employee stock purchase program.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience selling SaaS/Cloud ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels in field sales
- Experience negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives
- Experience in programmatic lead generation and development
- Proven track record in high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting
- Understanding of strategic competitive landscape and Workday solutions positioning
- Experience partnering with internal teams on account strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in (Suisse)German and English
Tasks
- Develop strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts
- Coordinate with pre-sales and other resources for strategic alignment
- Initiate and support Workday solution sales to Medium Enterprise prospects
- Share Workday value propositions with prospects
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, prospect, pipeline, and service forecasts
