- •5+ years of success in channel sales, partner management, or business development
- •Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise software solutions
- •Track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas
- •Higher education or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field
- •Expertise in using CRM software for pipeline management
- •Excellent verbal and written language skills in German and English
- •Strong executive presence and presentation skills
- •Curiosity and high interest in AI solutions
- •Deep understanding of different partner business models
- •Proven track record in working effectively in a matrixed organization
- •Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%

- •Collaborate with VAR resources for sales and product training
- •Maintain an accurate sales forecast for VAR business
- •Analyze growth industries and trends in the target market
- •Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership
- •Proactively manage channel challenges and facilitate resolutions
- •Communicate partner needs and market feedback internally
- •Recruit and onboard new partners to expand market reach
- •Create and implement joint business plans with partners
- •Supervise and report on partner sales activity and performance
