- Degree or equivalent
- P&C degree preferred
- Experience working in a team
- Experience in service delivery environment
- Experience in customer care environment
- Experienced and efficient handling of standard IT-applications
- Knowledge of Workday P&C Processes
- Experience of necessary tools
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with CRM Request Management software
Tasks
- Support Country Connector in harmonizing policies
- Optimize policies and documentation
- Ensure execution of established policies
- Align with procedures and global P&C initiatives
- Collaborate with Business Partners on local topics
- Work with local workers councils on company agreements
- Participate in global squads for P&C initiatives
- Join regional squads for new system launches
- Ensure smooth payroll operations with vendor
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with P&C teams
- Collaborate with P&C chapters, networks, and communities
- Partner with Business Partners and enabling functions
- Work with Finance, Procurement, and IT for solutions
- Liaise with PSS peers regionally and globally
- Engage with external stakeholders and providers
- Drive local labor law related topics
- Own all internal labor law content
- Review reference letters
- Issue employment contracts
- Send documents to government institutions
- Store relevant documents
