- Valid EU or Austrian work permit
- Degree or equivalent, P&C preferred
- Experience working in a team
- Experience in service delivery environment
- Experience in customer care environment
- Experienced and efficient handling of standard IT-applications

Tasks
- Support Country Connector in harmonizing policies
- Optimize policies and documentation
- Ensure execution of established policies
- Align with global P&C initiatives
- Collaborate with Business Partners on local topics
- Work with local workers councils on agreements
- Participate in global squads for P&C initiatives
- Join regional squads for new system launches
- Ensure smooth payroll operations with vendor
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with P&C teams
- Collaborate with P&C network and communities
- Partner with Business Partners
- Work with enabling functions like Finance
- Coordinate with Procurement for solutions
- Liaise with IT for system improvements
- Engage with PSS peers regionally
- Connect with PSS peers globally
- Liaise with external stakeholders and providers
- Drive local labor law topics
- Own internal labor law content
- Review reference letters
- Issue employment contracts
- Send documents to government institutions
- Store employment documents
