  • Maintain employee master data
  • Monitor time tracking, follow up on errors
  • Create and check employee accounts
  • Identify and fix data errors
  • Support system imports, exports, and updates
  • Handle HR data confidentially
  • Ensure new employees are set up before day one
  • Collect and file required documents
  • Track preboarding task lists to completion
  • Coordinate administrative exit processes
  • Improve checklists and process workflows
  • Prepare standard HR documents
  • Keep digital employee files complete
  • Improve templates to reduce errors
  • Track and fix documentation gaps
  • Prepare HR operations data for reports
  • Support slides for All Hands Calls
  • Verify numbers and data sources
  • Identify and reduce recurring manual tasks
  • Document current workflows before changes
  • Measure impact of workflow changes
  • Build templates and checklists for automation
  • Suggest simpler alternatives for admin work
  • Create self-service answers for common requests
  • Flag systemic issues for resolution
