Aufgaben
- Act as a strategic partner to the CSO, advising on the HR value chain
- Partner with the CSO and business leaders to define organizational capabilities
- Lead alignment and execution of the Global Evotec People Strategy
- Partner with senior leadership to define and implement a talent strategy
- Provide strategic insight into innovation culture design and development
- Collaborate with leadership to create organizational structures
- Advise CSO and Leadership Team on people-related matters
- Serve as primary HR interface with CoE leaders
- Build and nurture relationships with executive leadership and HR teams
- Serve as a key partner driving collaboration between HR and technology leaders
- Lead efforts to define and address organizational capability gaps
- Design and implement change management initiatives
- Foster a growth mindset culture
- Collaborate with Finance and Business Operations to manage headcount and costs
- Oversee annual HR processes such as salary reviews and performance cycles
- Define and track HR and business KPIs
