Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, psychology, or related field, or equivalent
- 2+ years full cycle recruiting experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Experience in dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Outstanding organization and attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Further language skills in German, Norwegian, Swedish, or French
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- High volume recruiting, sourcing, and coordination experience in growing organisation
- In-house recruitment experience

- Understand hiring manager requirements and provide recruiting guidance
- Build relationships with hiring teams
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end
- Prioritize workload independently
- Follow established interview standards
- Proactively source candidate leads
- Build immediate and long-term candidate pipelines
- Use channels suited to roles being hired
- Track core recruiting metrics
- Suggest improvements to workflow
- Contribute to positive candidate experience
- Contribute to positive hiring manager experience
- Drive personnel marketing initiatives
- Drive employer branding projects
- Act as first point of contact for Isar Aerospace
- Act as brand ambassador for Isar Aerospace
