- 4+ years experience in customer-facing role (Solution/Sales Engineering, B2B E-Commerce architecture, or technical consulting)
- Strong focus on commerce technology
- Experience transforming complex buyer journeys
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- Strong understanding of B2B commerce and OMS vendor landscape
- Understanding of account hierarchies, custom pricing, re-ordering, self-service portals
- Good understanding of modern enterprise architectures
- Good understanding of B2B E-Commerce backend integration scenarios
- Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce and Order Management (highly valued)
- Familiarity with modern frontend technologies, APIs, or supply chain management (a plus)
- Ability to explain technical concepts in business terms
- Understanding of Salesforce’s role in enterprise IT stack
- Curiosity for emerging agentic capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to present complex technical/architecture concepts persuasively
