Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with senior executives, developing account plans, and leading a virtual team to achieve sales targets.

Anforderungen

  • 5+ years of direct quota carrying selling experience in enterprise software and services industry or comparable roles
  • Demonstrated success in managing accounts, generating and managing opportunities, and deal closure
  • Profound experience in consulting and software business
  • Intimate knowledge of enterprise software projects and lifecycle management of enterprise applications
  • Motivation to drive consumption and adoption of SAP solutions
  • Strong networking within the Customer Success organization, especially Manufacturing & High Tech
  • Experience working with large multinational customers
  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Proficiency in Business English and German

  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives in assigned accounts
  • Act as the main contact for customers, representing the SAP Services organization
  • Contribute to the long-term success of customer and partner relationships
  • Generate qualified opportunities by understanding customer challenges
  • Create and deliver comprehensive Services account plans addressing customer priorities
  • Meet booking and revenue targets for services in assigned accounts
  • Manage opportunities and bids, aligning with governance processes and targets
  • Orchestrate resources to support sales and delivery teams
  • Collaborate within the SAP ecosystem to manage customers and partners
  • Apply value selling and solution selling techniques
  • Continuously develop sales and technical skills and coach colleagues
  • Enhance leadership skills by managing teams to create cross-organizational offers
