Anforderungen
- •5+ years of direct quota carrying selling experience in enterprise software and services industry or comparable roles
- •Demonstrated success in managing accounts, generating and managing opportunities, and deal closure
- •Profound experience in consulting and software business
- •Intimate knowledge of enterprise software projects and lifecycle management of enterprise applications
- •Motivation to drive consumption and adoption of SAP solutions
- •Strong networking within the Customer Success organization, especially Manufacturing & High Tech
- •Experience working with large multinational customers
- •Bachelor or Master Degree
- •Proficiency in Business English and German

- •Act as the main contact for customers, representing the SAP Services organization
- •Contribute to the long-term success of customer and partner relationships
- •Generate qualified opportunities by understanding customer challenges
- •Create and deliver comprehensive Services account plans addressing customer priorities
- •Meet booking and revenue targets for services in assigned accounts
- •Manage opportunities and bids, aligning with governance processes and targets
- •Orchestrate resources to support sales and delivery teams
- •Collaborate within the SAP ecosystem to manage customers and partners
- •Apply value selling and solution selling techniques
- •Continuously develop sales and technical skills and coach colleagues
- •Enhance leadership skills by managing teams to create cross-organizational offers
