Anforderungen

  • Long-term professional experience in sales cycles and transformation projects

  • Ability to translate customer challenges into strategic roadmaps
  • Proficiency in building executive relationships and governance structures
  • Deep expertise in value-based selling and strategic decision-making
  • Solid general knowledge of SAP solutions (healthcare sector)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Proven track record of delivering business results and target overachievement
  • Strategic planning, relationship management, sales execution skills
  • Experience with customers across diverse industries (Healthcare focus)
  • Skill in delivering insights and best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA preferred)
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Fluent English language skills

Aufgaben

  • Build deep, strategic relationships with key customers
  • Drive trusted relationships with C-level executives
  • Align customer priorities with SAP solutions
  • Lead customer relationships as an account leader
  • Orchestrate SAP and ecosystem experts to deliver business outcomes
  • Define and co-create strategic customer roadmaps
  • Lead execution of the SAP Strategic Customer Program
  • Orchestrate cross-functional Extended Account Teams
  • Ensure unified customer experience delivery
  • Develop a high-performing team culture
  • Identify new value creation and growth opportunities
  • Set up and facilitate multi-level governance frameworks
  • Ensure alignment across SAP, partners, and customers
  • Deliver business impact and value outcomes
  • Support expansion of SAP’s market footprint
  • Leverage relevant SAP solutions and services
  • Build strong partnerships with integrators and consultants
  • Drive long-term sales success
  • Focus on cloud revenue growth and adoption
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct strategic planning and business development
  • Perform effective account management
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with executives
  • Assess KPIs, value, and future opportunities
