- •Experience in direct selling, pipeline management, and profit & loss management
- •10+ years industry sales experience
- •Experience leading account teams on local and global scales
- •Strategic account leadership and ability to act as account lead
- •Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- •Expertise in outcome-based selling and crafting value propositions
- •Proficiency in digital and remote selling
- •Ability to manage complexity and drive portfolio-based outcomes
- •Knowledge in P&L management
- •Strong business acumen and executive presence
- •Strong understanding of modern IT services ecosystem
- •Ability to develop strong relationships with influencers/decision makers
- •Navigate complex organizations to find expansion opportunities
- •Lead meetings with a variety of senior-level stakeholders
- •Leverage customer, industry, product, and service knowledge for growth strategies
- •Culture of proactive business development and strong negotiation skills
- •Experience leading account teams on local and global scales
- •Business fluent in German and fluent in English
- •Curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies, especially AI
