Anforderungen
- 5+ years experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions
- 5+ years experience in Retail and/or Wholesale industry (plus)
- Proven success in business application software sales and leading team-selling environments
- Ability to handle large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in fast-paced, competitive market
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in renewals, expansions, up-sells of subscription-based solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German
- Proficiency in additional languages (plus)
- Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and innovation
- Strong executive presence and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work across multiple teams in matrix organization
Aufgaben
- Manage sales of software licenses and cloud subscriptions
- Establish trusted customer relationships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Understand customer technology, goals, and competitive environment
- Manage sales pipeline
- Leverage marketing, inside sales, and partner channels
- Drive demand and manage opportunities
- Utilize SAP's industry-specific and LoB solutions
- Conduct White Space analysis
- Identify and execute up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
- Orchestrate and deploy teams with 'OneSAP' approach
- Stay informed about SAP's competition
- Position SAP solutions against competitors
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in CRM
- Lead and orchestrate remote and cross-functional teams
- Prepare and position teams for customer interactions
- Maximize value from SAP's sales support ecosystem
