- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience or handling customer escalations
- Strong knowledge of Customer Care processes and technologies
- Ability to critically evaluate and challenge processes
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Ability to adapt to changing projects and priorities
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or similar methodologies
- Knowledge in supporting implementation of customer-facing solutions
- Very good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Business proficiency in English and proficiency in other market languages

- Contribute to AI evolution through sentiment monitoring
- Label data for machine learning model development
- Prepare Customer Care solutions for broader scaling

- Engage in regular direct customer contact
- Conduct service benchmarking to identify best practices
- Perform quality assessments to refine processes
