Anforderungen
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Science, Applied AI, Analytics or related field
- Proven track record of developing and delivering analytical, ML or AI solutions
- Experience evaluating and applying modern AI approaches
- Strong Python skills and experience with data science libraries
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments
- Experience designing experiments and measuring business impact
- Good understanding of data modelling, quality, and data types
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs and containerised applications
- Professional use of version control and collaborative software development
- Experience working with business stakeholders to solve problems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Chemicals, Energy, commodity markets or related industrial sectors desirable

Aufgaben
- Work closely with customers to understand their goals, workflows, decision processes, and key business challenges
- Identify high-impact opportunities where data science, analytics, and AI can create measurable value
- Rapidly prototype, systematically test, and iterate solutions with customers, incorporating user feedback
- Apply data science, machine learning, and AI techniques to solve customer problems
- Combine ICIS data, domain expertise, and customer context to develop differentiated analytical solutions
- Communicate insights, recommendations, and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to best practices in experimentation, model development, evaluation, documentation, and maintainability
- Surface customer needs and gaps in data, semantics, and platform capabilities to help shape future ICIS investments
- Collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts, engineers, and commercial stakeholders in a cross-functional team
- Share learnings across teams to accelerate innovation and improve future customer engagements
