Aufgaben
- Partner with senior leaders to translate BU strategy into actionable people plans
- Use data analytics to forecast talent needs and identify workforce priorities
- Conduct workforce planning based on business unit strategy
- Assess needs and draw connections across businesses and operations
- Identify talent, structure, and skills requirements
- Develop organizational design and restructuring plans
- Lead talent management initiatives to build a diverse leadership pipeline
- Leverage enterprise talent to identify development opportunities
- Facilitate experience-based development plans for high potentials
- Ensure meaningful exposure to business unit leadership
- Manage talent review and succession planning
- Provide expertise and guidance to leadership and HR teams
- Lead talent acquisition for key functional positions
- Create a highly engaged, high-performing, inclusive work environment
- Use 80/20 and continuous improvement to deliver results
- Coach business unit leaders and HR managers
- Support HR capabilities in business units
- Provide oversight on complex employee relations investigations
- Resolve major employee relations issues
- Advise business leadership on HR practices and policies
- Ensure implementation and compliance of HR policies
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance HR value
