Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree
- •10+ years of progressive HR experience
- •Masters degree (advantageous)
- •Minimum 5 years of experience managing remote teams
- •Minimum 5 years experience in multinational matrixed environment
- •Independent driver
- •Proven positive track record of working with business leaders
- •Ability to analyze complex data and drive fact-based decision making
- •Strong coaching, consulting and influencing skills
- •Understanding of Labor and Industrial relations
- •MBA or related business degree
- •Successful track record of implementing HR programs in a fast-paced global business
- •Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry (a plus)
- •Strong understanding of talent management, development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness best practices
- •Collaborative - Reaches across boundaries internally and externally
- •Flexible - Demonstrated career flexibility and adaptation
- •Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday)

- •Support workforce planning and compensation reviews
- •Partner in performance management with HR COEs
- •Implement strategies for employee retention and engagement
- •Facilitate succession planning aligned with strategic objectives
- •Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture
- •Support organizational change initiatives and guide change management processes
- •Partner with Global Talent Development to enhance employee capabilities
- •Assist in identifying and staffing critical roles with Talent Acquisition COE
- •Anticipate and resolve employee relations issues with Employee Relations COE
- •Champion inclusion, diversity, and equity efforts within the workforce
- •Develop and implement ID&E initiatives with HR and leadership
- •Analyze HR data to detect trends and inform decision-making
- •Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program progress and outcomes
