Anforderungen

• •Experience managing and developing a team
• •Minimum 5 years generalist HR management experience
• •In-depth knowledge of German labor law
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Strong collaboration and influencing skills
• •Experience in an international setting
• •Experience in a manufacturing environment
• •Trainer Certification: AdA schein (Ausbilderschein)
