- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management
- Lead or contribute to People projects and initiatives
- Ensure timely implementation of People programs
- Support the employee life cycle from onboarding to departure
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and policies
- Support annual processes like salary review and compensation
- Improve People processes to enhance employee experience
