Anforderungen

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in employee and labor relations
  • •Deep knowledge of employment laws and labor practices across multiple EMEA countries
  • •Proven success in union negotiations and managing complex employee relations cases
  • •Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage sensitive issues with professionalism
  • •Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field
