- Significant progressive HR experience including HR leadership
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field/equivalent experience
- Comfortable in fast-growing matrix organization
- HR project management and process improvements track record
- Business intuition and understanding of financial implications of HR

Aufgaben
- Implement talent strategies to meet business and site plans
- Partner with management in recruiting efforts
- Work with the TA team to implement recruiting strategies
- Build talent pipelines with the TA team
- Build and promote the KLA employer brand in the region
- Partner with universities and organizations to attract candidates
- Develop an organizational culture consistent with KLA's mission
- Partner with leaders to drive talent and performance management
- Drive Focal Review and Employee Engagement initiatives
- Assess employee capabilities and assist in development
- Influence management to understand employee needs
- Engage employees at all levels on work issues
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues
- Conduct employee relations investigations as needed
- Assess regional regulatory compliance
- Educate management on potential compliance concerns
- Manage internal and external audits
- Drive the AI agenda within the region
- Harmonize terms, conditions, and policies
- Systemize and standardize HR processes for efficiency
- Promote organizational change through communication
- Participate in business unit management meetings
- Lead or participate in regional/global HR projects
- Work with Centre of Excellence partners to drive improvements
- Manage a team of HR professionals
