Anforderungen
- 10+ years of experience in People/HR roles
- 3–5 years of experience in leading global People teams
- Experience in functions outside of People/HR
- Experience in Deep tech or engineering-heavy industries
- Experience in Series C/D companies
- Strong knowledge of global and European labor laws
- Proven success in building high-performing TA and People Ops teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience in people analytics
- Demonstrated success in implementing HR tech and automation solutions
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in org development
- Fluency in English; additional European languages a strong plus
- Passion for startups, adaptability, and resilience
Aufgaben
- Lead the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams
- Align people strategies with global growth plans
- Design and scale people processes and policies
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Partner with HRBPs to support leaders and managers
- Oversee global payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Manage employment documentation for smooth operations
- Enhance the global employer brand to attract top talent
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment
- Identify and implement HR tech solutions for efficiency
- Track and analyze people metrics for informed decision-making
- Support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage vendors and external partners related to HR and operations
