In this role, you will drive the development of the People function by leading Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams, designing effective processes, and enhancing the employer brand to attract top talent while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Anforderungen

  • •10+ years of experience in People/HR roles
  • •3–5 years of experience in leading global People teams
  • •Experience in functions outside of People/HR
  • •Experience in Deep tech or engineering-heavy industries
  • •Experience in Series C/D companies
  • •Strong knowledge of global and European labor laws
  • •Proven success in building high-performing TA and People Ops teams
  • •Data-driven mindset with experience in people analytics
  • •Demonstrated success in implementing HR tech and automation solutions
  • •Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • •Expertise in org development
  • •Fluency in English; additional European languages a strong plus
  • •Passion for startups, adaptability, and resilience
